The average weight of an adult humpback whale that is fully grown is 36,000 kilograms. If that is not enough to shock and awe you, to put that into context, an adult humpback whale weighs the same as 24 adult hippos.

This little baby rhino attempted to act all grown up by fake charging a car that was filled with safari tourists at South Africa’s Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park game reserve. The driver of the car initially responded by backing away from the cute little critter but it has to be said no one in the car felt intimidated whatsoever. Brendon Arnesen who shot the video of the adorable encounter said he and the other passengers though it was the cutest thing ever.

Gray Wolf Chases Family Driving A Van

A family driving along a highway in British Columbia stumbled across a gray wolf that was sitting on the side of the road. As the vehicle approached and then passed it by, the wolf began exhibiting some strange behaviour. It began to chase the van and seemed to have every intention of catching up to it.  The woman who shot the video said because she is so fascinated with nature and animals when her husband alerted her to the wolf, she grabbed her phone and began recording. She added that she was sitting at the back of the van when she saw the wolf running beside the road and then chasing after the vehicle.

Watch This Lion Bite A Tourist Car Causing Its Tire To Explode

Sean Obeirne and his family were touring South Africa’s Kruger National Park and were on their way to have breakfast when they chanced upon a pride of lions that seemed to be chilling out by the side of the road. They stopped to watch the lions and after about half an hour a young male lion decided to pay another group of tourists a visit and approached their car. The family made jokes about the incident, that the lion would in some way damage the car. Neither they nor the lion were prepared for what happened next.

Whilst we have yet to see pigs fly, the same is not true for dogs whom according to this video seem to have conquered the sky. Whisper is the first dog in the world to participate in the sport of BASE jumping. Dean Potter who is an avid rock climber, strapped his pet on to his back whilst leaping from a 13,000-foot mountain peak in Switzerland. Potter managed to shoot his pet’s response using a GoPro and we have to say it was less than enthusiastic.

Ervin McCarty was snorkelling and attempting retrieve a grouper that had been speared and was located in a hole when he suddenly found himself bitten by a nurse shark in the abdomen that refused to let go. Mr McCarty was driving with a group of friends in the Florida Keys just days before Hurricane Irma last month. He has been asked by the captain of the boat he had been travelling on to help get a grouper that a spear fisherman had shot out of a hole.

Mervyn Van Wyk and his wife Tokkie were touring South Africa’s Kruger National Park and had made their way to the park’s Transport Dam. They decided to make a pit stop so they could capture some images of blue wildebeests also known as gnus. Along with the gnus were zebras and impalas grazing peacefully on the other side of the dam. Suddenly the couple noticed a disturbing sight.

In the Southern part of the United States, spotting an alligator on a golf course is nothing new, however this big boy that was seen at the third hole of Floridian golf course looked as if it came straight from the movie Jurassic Park. The giant alligator wandering the golf course was nothing short of a monster. Chris Helms who was playing a round of golf couldn’t believe his eyes and pulled out his phone and started filming the beast as it plodded by his group.

Never has the phrase curiosity killed the cat been more applicable than in this case. A young lioness got the shock of her life after she approached what looked to be a motionless grey lump. Instead what she found was an angry hippo. In this video, you will see the lioness walking up to the hippo from behind and taking a sniff of the animal’s rear end. The was enough to send the hippo jumping to its feet, but as the lioness attempts to make its escape, the hippo gets its revenge through a vicious attack that see it grabbing the lion by its head, and whipping it around before spitting it back out and running off.

A couple of film makers chartered a fishing boat to sail off the coast of Western Australia and caught some extremely really rare footage of a crocodile hunting a shark. Christian Kennedy and Jadranko Silic said they were aboard the boat on a week-long fishing expedition as it was sailing along the Kimberly coast in early June. Members of the vessel’s crew decided to toss some fish scraps off the boat and as the scraps of filleted fish were being tossed off the back of the boat, the crocodile approached the boat from some nearby mangroves.

Using a drone to capture the video, he filmed the whale cruising into the shallows right next to snorkelers and a woman lying on an alligator raft hanging out in the crystal-clear blue water near Treasure Island beach in Laguna California.
