Check Out This Adorable Panda Cub Being Stopped From Falling

This amazing footage has surfaced from the deepest darkest depths of the internet. The video shows two zoo keepers at Japan’s Adventure World Park in fancy dress trying to keep a panda who is extremely determined from falling head first into a corner of his enclosure. This being Japan the zoo keepers themselves are dressed up as panda’s. The translation of the of the video caption says the young panda is still a little uneasy on his feet. The little fella seems obsessed with jumping into a little ravine that is in his cage. The panda is completely clumsy and oh so adorable, and for some reason there are humans dressed like pandas to help catch him when he falls.

200 Year Old Giant Salamander Found In China

A fisherman looking for a spot to conduct his business in a cave in South West China inadvertently stepped on something “soft and slimy”. It turns out what he stepped on was actually very rare. What Wang Yong had accidentally discovered was a giant Chinese salamander that scientists are estimating to be 200 years old. The giant salamander is often described as being a “living fossil”. The one that was discovered measures four and a half feet long and weighs a whopping 104 pounds.

Lion Proves He Is King Of The Jungle

Recently a pride of lions that were feeding on a buffalo they had hunted and killed found themselves unable to protect their prey from a pack of hungry hyenas in Tanzania’s Ngorongoro Crater. However if you watch this video you will see a male lion quickly reassert who is the king. This part of Tanzania is said to contain one of the densest populations of lions in the world. A group of safari tourists were able to capture the amazing encounter.

Tiger Makes Friend With His Lunch

Check out Amur and Timur. Amur is a Siberian tiger that has made a rare friendship with a goat at the Primorsky Safari Park in Russia. Timor is a goat that was supposed to be Amur’s next meal however the big cat is refusing to eat his “friend.” It has been over a week since Timur was placed in the tiger’s enclosure by the zoo keepers. It was expected Timur would meet a grizzly death at the claws of Amur, however the brave goat ended up dominating the predator and even sleeps in his bed.
