Monster Alligator Roams Around A Florida Golf Course

In the Southern part of the United States, spotting an alligator on a golf course is nothing new, however this big boy that was seen at the third hole of Floridian golf course looked as if it came straight from the movie Jurassic Park. The giant alligator wandering the golf course was nothing short of a monster. Chris Helms who was playing a round of golf couldn’t believe his eyes and pulled out his phone and started filming the beast as it plodded by his group.

Golfers not in danger

Mr Helms said in an interview, alligators on Floridian golf courses are a common occurrence and in general they don’t tend to be a threat. Wild gators are usually shy and not a bother unless they are provoked or cornered.  Mr Helms said he was a pretty safe distance away from the reptile and added that it was so large that it was only able to move about 100 feet at a time before having to stop and rest. So the golfers couldn’t have been in that much danger. The gator is so big in the video that many commentators have questioned whether the footage is real or not. You can make the decision yourself.
