Check Out This Close Encounter With Mama Bear And Her Cubs

A man who went on a camping trip in Alaska had an encounter with a huge mama grizzly and her two cubs whilst walking on a trail that was far too close for comfort. If you watch the video you will see it start off with the man nervously describing what he sees as two bear cubs with their mum are walking towards him on the Alaskan wilderness trail.

The situation was dangerous

The man very calmly says he is walking backwards on the trail towards camp whilst the mom and the cubs keep following him and are moving at the same speed as he is. What the man is worried about is that he may stumble as he walks backwards. As he begins to understand how dangerous the situation really is, the man starts to plead with the animals, asking them to give him a break. Ultimately the whole group eventually reach camp and then the bear and her cubs can be seen walking away from the man at the edge of a body of water.

The man handled the situation well

Whilst the interaction went as smoothly as one could have hoped for considering it was a mama bear and her cubs chasing you on a trail, the man deserves a lot of credit for handling the situation correctly. He stayed calm and walked slowly away from the bears whilst maintaining a watchful eye.
